Mmm.... I'd say you're not contending with 40,000 people trying to input commands.

For example, what kind of people can input commands? People with Twitch accounts. Not all viewers have Twitch accounts, and most of us can't be bothered to make an account for a few minutes of hilarity. So cross out a huge portion there.

Then there's people with accounts, but can't be bothered inputting commands. It's like people watching streams and don't chat in the chat box. Significant portion there too.

A more realistic number would be something like a few thousand people inputting commands. Still a large number, but not 40,000 levels.
