If you just want to be a support for the medic perks, don't worry. I'm using training roulette, so you may get them regardless of class.
Actually, I mostly end up with my heavies getting medic perks, of all people.

Thanks! I usually consider my own writing to be rubbish, but I write it anyway in the hopes that someone enjoys it.

I'm just running the whole base management part on more of a suggestion format in-between missions, but you can make suggestions even if you don't have a soldier.
