Looking at the vote times it won't really matter since they were put in after an hour passed.

That's true, I've already written the first update, but I rather like it so I tossed it onto the sheet.

You remember when you had a people. That was a long time ago. Your mind starts to wander back to that place..
The spark in your left palm goes out, leaving you in darkness.

Shit.

You grope for your journal and slip it into your robes, then push your chair back and feel your way across the darkened hut. You unlatch the door and ease it open. Soft light pours into the room and warms your face. You stretch gratefully and let out a sigh. Its a beautiful morning. You haven't slept in a while and the cool air makes you a bit drowsy.

Well. That's slightly disappointing.

Try and make something really big and firey.

You make two new entries in your journal.

Well. That's slightly disappointing.

Try and make something really big and firey.
You'd rather work your way up to that..

Pyromancy
After years of meditation and training myself to focus my will, I've finally managed to create something. Who knew this feeling could be so satisfying? And yet.. I'm not sure how I did it. It was lucid, and at the same time so incorporeal.

Spark
I remember picturing my will and concentrating it into a single point. This tiny white mote.. like light through a pinhole.. and it was so hot! I panicked, tried to escape. Like an animal I had to get away from this searing pain that was trapped inside me. As I moved away, it leapt out! And suddenly all I felt was.. Cool.. And that was when I lost my focus. Why did I choose to think of home at that particular moment? I never want to remember what happened there again. Ever..

Try to recreate some sparks. Remember the old days and channel your fury.

You try making a spark. You focus your will and a tiny ember appears in the palm of your right hand.

When you think of the past again the pain breaks your focus and the ember winks out.

You don't have anything to do that with.

Well, unless you want to use your spark ability. But I assumed that when you said "normally" you meant with flint and tinder. You can, but you'll have to find those things first.

Write down Ember notes. Then, use Ember on Flimsy Wooden Desk.
