Well, more research questions. Is it easier to research something that has already been researched on another planet. On one side, you would assume it to be. On the other hand, it's less research and more infrastructure investment.

If you have active Research Agreements then yes stuff goes faster...a lot faster. You dont even have to invest money, but it will still take time...

Gigla thsoe credits were spent yes...look at the Social Investment parts of the local planets.

Also those 200 Million did not yet die. They will die if unrest is not successfully reduced.

Maybe instead of fighting, try to make the place livable (says the guy who put martial law on Mars)

But yeah, I will need to stabilize the planet and get it all growing soon.
