I'm still mentally scarred from the Cthulhu movie we watched last time, so we should definitely watch more of those.

@Skullsploder: Welcome to the game!  I just wanted to point out that you may have some problems with your character's current build.  -2 in endurance is really dangerous, so you might want to reconsider that.  Also, low dexterity may be problematic for using many unconventional weapons, as manipulators can no longer be purchased.

Of course all my characters except one have died so far, so what do I know?  Anyway, have fun!

@Skullsploder Welcome on board! I see you're making a fellow medic there, it seems, which is always good.

As others have mentioned, dumping End (especially all the way to -2) is a potentially game-ending combination, so be careful. Also, if I may suggest, shifting one of the +1 from skills into another is a better idea from minmaxing point of view, since you 'gain' 5 level-up points that way (5 points cost for 0->+1 vs. 10 points for +1->+2) and, actually, the starting bonuses-penalties rules were designed with that in mind. +2/+1/+1 is perfectly fine, +2/+2/0 is just slightly more optimised (if you care about such things; judging by personal info, I'd guess +2 Con/ +0 Uncon/+2 Med could represent him just as well).
That said, take our advice with a grain of salt, you always know your character better.

This is a holiday, and you Amerikanski's can take a break from work for your capitalist overlords and go have fun on the internet.

In glorious Russia have lot of holidays because people love holidays and the will of the people is the will of the state.

Just be sure you have equipment or at least a very clear idea of what equipment you want when the mission time is upon you.

Yeah, normally now you can start running around on ship and do stuff. PW will confirm if your sheet is ok next time he posts normally. Or you can wait for confirmation if you wanna play it safe.

One can buy equipment anytime on ship. It's best to get something before your first mission, but it can also be wise to save up till you've read the briefing of said mission so you have a better idea of what to buy.

Then again, you never know when something happens on ship warranting the use of force.
