If mission 21 fails to at least suicide and destroy all Origin tech on the planet, then probably yes.
If they don't all die, then they might all turn murderous instead, which is probably even worse.

Godamn....any way they can get out of there i find Maurice and most of the charcters on that mission to be really good

All hope for abigail and most other amp users plus other origin tech users depends on whether steve can kill it with nukes and Maurice and the rest of the M21 cast their best hope is to vand together use their skills and attributes to concot a good enough plan and finally a whole lot of luck.
