A wolf plush toy
A leather chair
A wood table
Steel nails
Paper
Holy shit
Every single effect you got was negative.
Gonna reroll that.
Haha, you still got an extremely negative effect for the main ingredient.
Well...the good news is that you gain protection against stuffed animals. The bad news is that now you're being pursued by infinitely respawning reanimated, taxidermized wolves with steel nails for teeth. Have fun with that.
Hey, people
Do me a favor
Look around you. Find between 1 and 5 things. Tell me what they are. I'm testing the Poison pill maker.
My Nerf gun, the fake hammer my dad made for a superhero party that's a sponge glued to a handle from what I can only assume was a toilet brush, my metal briefcase filled with poker chips (A few are missing) and two stacks of cards, one with the Jokers missing, A Yoga Mat (Nearly unused lately) and my Stratego box set.
Your pill creates a metal briefcase out of which you can summon animate creatures made of yoga mat material. They aren't very strong, but you can make a lot of them.
Pillow
Plastic figurine
A pair of glasses
A camp backpack
A red die
ooo well you got a temporary effect, which is rare but much more powerful then a permanent one. Your die was the main ingredient and it grants you the power to essentially negate reality a limited number of times, however, each time you do this, a part of your body hardens into a solid piece of red plastic.
Cheese, a corpse (nonhuman), a sword, some colored glass in the shape of a penguin, a boxing glove.
I was waiting for "Corpse (human)" later in that list.
Huh, well you got a temporary power too (Obviously I might need to up the rarity on that). The corpse, sword and glass penguin all fizzled. You gain the ability to perform a physical strike of superhuman power, but doing so makes you very hungry, and using it too much can cause you to waste away.
Look around you. Find between 1 and 5 things. Tell me what they are. I'm testing the Poison pill maker.

You get a permanent and very negative effect.

Animals will not attack you, but you cause electronics to short out and catch fire if you get near them.
Gin & Tonic
Electricity Bill
Pen
Sticky Notes
Scratch-off Lottery Ticket
Your choices are like some sort of flash fiction.
You gain mastery over electricity; you can't create it, but you can control it in any form. You lose your ability to write.
Sketchbook
Some keys, with an "Ellis Island" keychain and a mini-flashlight that doesn't work
Douglas Adams' The Long Dark Tea-Time of the Soul, paperback
