Yeah, they're in the Uncon section of the armoury, I think...
Problem is, I think you can only get one for two tokens, so it's a little steep.

I'd rather not. If the equipment gets on a mission, it can only be sold back at half-price. I've met with that problem with newly-bought equipment that was essentially untouched throughout the whole mission.
