So pretty on course, maybe I can know if Xan's permadead or not when the M19 debriefing happens.

He's certainly looking like it. Steve isn't too keen on risking the ship just to pick him up and your good buddy decided to abandon you. If you want to create a new character, we can write the old one off. Or you can cling to hope for a while longer.

Despite the dark designs floating around in my mind, sheer bloody-minded spite keeps me sticking around to see what end I can play this out to.

I used scrap metal and lockers. Doesn't really matter any ways, Still jsut as killable.

Could a wiki gnome give me a list of the team fund (not given by Steve for the mission) equipment M19 got destroyed in the explosion? Instead of just giving them 0 tokens I think I'll assign them the amount of tokens they'd get for succeeding then applying the penalties for explosive failure and destroying equipment on top of the values.
