MCP-II is, for a start, an MCP suit, so a breach doesn't mean explosive decompression of affected areas, it's skintight, and can be fitted with fleshknitter tanks. On the other hand, I don't think it comes with the automed system

MCP -II does, indeed, utilise the same counter-pressure skintight design as original MCP-I series, but it does indeed include all of the Mk II features otherwise (yeah, all, including the medsystems, the irises, etc.) plus the wall-walking soles and several upgrade slots for fleshknitter tanks (2 token per one). All just for mere 3 tokens! Buy your own MCP-II today!
