He can go everywhere... What if that includes places that technically should not exist, places like the dimension of infinite cheese? What if it includes the past or the future? You could go cause a paradox or get more of this potion by going to the past and stealing it from yourself.

He should first teleport to a place with lots of kiloton charges, then teleport to every single one of Steve's brain nodes and blow them up.  Then go to Phobetor, and blow that up too.

This would either be the best possible, or absolute worst thing we could possibly do.

Record a message on a datapad and leave it in your locker whenever you go on a mission?

Organic USB drive. Data dump everything new that you know into some sort of chemical matrix, encased in a bone shell. Make your DNA be the encryption key. Leave a data pad in your locker with an old password you would know, or a question about your old self only you would know, in case any future backups need to be brought up to speed.
