Yep on both counts. Caz is a joker-type who 'wins with town' and Walnuts is some kind of daughter of dracula who is grounded. Caz said she had a portable(?) black hole as a starter item but then nothing came out of it nor did anyone say they had it afterwards (it was used, hinted by her, and was 'useless'.)
