Trader of Favors, a Pactbinder.
Physical traits
Weary and Weak My power has been drained from me entirely, it will take time for my significantly weaker body to adjust to the shock.
Various Minor Injuries These things take a toll on me for now, but they will fade in time, especially if i can find some source of power to feed on...
Skills
Mercantilism (+5) Without skill in bargaining a pact-binder would be next to useless at his trade. My dealings with folks all over the multiverse give me a strong understanding of basic economics of all sorts.
Power Brokering (+5) I am quite skilled in the subtle magic of transferring and consuming power, and in reaping the maximum Spritual benefit from my dealings with mortals
Clerical Skill (+5) I know how to keep careful records and write contracts without loopholes. I'm also handy at digging through information quickly and effectively.

Sword still drawn, you lie in ambush underneath the window, prepared to thrust at anyone who enters through the window. Your grip on the sword is weak and unsure, but demon-steel and a prepared strike may prove to be all the advantage you need. Outside, you hear a deep gruff voice shout, urging some companion to go after you through the window. All the better prepared, you tighten your grip on your sword.
Swordsmanship 1d20+2(demon sword)+2(lying in ambush)-2(physically weak)-4(untrained swordsman.)= 7 Vs. 1d20+
?-2(unprepared for attack)= 4
Your thrust is clumsy, but your attacker is caught entirely unprepared. Gracefully he swings through the open window, prepared for pursuit, but not prepared for a blade to cleanly skewer the thick muscle in his leg. He howls in pain and falls awkwardly to the floor, the unnaturally sharp blade cleaving apart his muscle and coming free as he falls. You are no judge of human anatomy, but you have probably crippled the man, if you havn't cursed him to a slow death by bleeding out.
Suffering begins to bleed from the man, your keen demonic hunger drawing your attention. Unfortunately it would take time for you to draw in that which you have not yet developed a metabolism for, and you may yet have another attacker to deal with.
