So my brother stabbed someone (´・ω・`)
« on: December 24, 2013, 06:24:13 am »

Around two AM today, for the matter~
He has been arrested, but the victim might yet live! so that's good~
I cannot bring myself to care, but my mother is really hurt by this situation. I've tried comforting her, but there's very little I can do, haha~
Apparently I'm a witness too! so I went to the station and told them everything I know. A little less actually, because I were unsure on these and didn't want to cause trouble~
So... what now? I never had any of my family members stabbing people. ^^

I'm not sure if the dissonance between the way you're typing and the subject you're discussing is on purpose or you've just always typed in that way.
How do you personally feel about this event?

Life goes on.  You comfort the wounded, including the emotionally wounded, especially those immediately around you.  You do your best to meet your own needs and take care of yourself in healthy ways.

Your life can go on from this point, without harm, shame, or problem.  There can be real and absolute problems that come from this event (possible retaliation from the friends/family/criminal contacts of the stabbing victim come to mind), but depending on exactly what happened, you and yours may be safe from that.  If you are not, take -immediate- steps to protect yourself and those you love.

In recent years there have been over 120,000 aggravated assaults (that's a crime where 'injuring the other person' was considered to be the primary goal in the crime - not rape or robbery, and not successful murder attempts either) within the United States each year - here's some statistics from the FBI website to back that up if anyone wonders where that number came from  - http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/ucr/crime-in-the-u.s/2012/crime-in-the-u.s.-2012/tables/15tabledatadecpdf

Why does that matter?  You're not alone by any means.  These crimes happen, people who do them have family members, these family members must heal, deal with the problems and their own emotional pain, and survive and continue their lives.

I would strongly consider reminding my mother that she has me, that I love her, that she can only control herself, that she has set a good example (err, if that's false.. skip that part, but if it's true definitely include it) and that it is not her fault.  And I'd tell the same to any other family members (other than the stabber) who were hurting.  I'd be there for them, spend time with them, and help them see the better things in life that still exist.

It's often a shock when things like this happen.  Just take extra good care of yourself and remember that it's not your crime. You didn't make it happen, you didn't decide it should happen, and you too are only responsible for yourself and your own choices.

Did he have a really good reason to do it? Ie how concerned should you be for his mental well-being?

I am a little disconcerted by the manner in wich you communicate this, and this is coming from someone who is almost entirel socially obtuse. Are you alright? Are you genuinly cheerful (unless I am interpreting this wrongly) or is it your coping mechanism to act merry?

In any case, would you like to share more on your situation at home? Yourself, your family members, your brother? Maybe about the motivations your brother may have had for doing what he did, or about the (unfortunate?) victim in question? Just talking about it can help.

You should tell his lawyer everything that you told the police and not say another word to the police about this matter until you do.

And if Law & Order is to be believed, you should then spend every waking moment stonewalling the investigation and generally making a nuisance of yourself until the last possible second.

So how did this turn out? Any tips in case the rest of us find ourselves in the same situation?

Get rid of the bodies as early as possible. I hear the best thing to do is feed them to pigs. You got to starve the pigs for a few days, then the sight of a chopped-up body will look like curry to a pisshead. You gotta shave the heads of your victims, and pull the teeth out for the sake of the piggies' digestion. You could do this afterwards, of course, but you don't want to go sievin' through pig shit, now do you? They will go through bone like butter. You need at least sixteen pigs to finish the job in one sitting, so be wary of any man who keeps a pig farm. They will go through a body that weighs 200 pounds in about eight minutes. That means that a single pig can consume two pounds of uncooked flesh every minute. Hence the expression, "as greedy as a pig".

He's lying. Each pig will poop out a tiny duplicate of the deceased and they will all point at you and shout with tiny voices, "IT WERE HIM WHAT DID IT OCIFER!" It's a special chip they put in all the pigs now to keep people from using them for corpse-disposal.

Also, I finally have a method of disposal to put in my will that's more hardcore than "put my body on a rocket and launch me into the Sun". Instead, feed my body to starving pigs. I've sure eaten enough of their kind in my time.

Well, first make sure they're not dead, of course

Then, follow these instructions
