Wesley smirks.
"And I suppose you would enjoy it?"

She merely grinned and continued to sip her drink.

Wesley raises an eyebrow at her.
"If that's the case then I can be sure to find something to... punish you... for."

Sorrel rolled her eyes.

"The Wolves always run together, I suppose.

But in the future, try to refrain from filling that hole in your heart by rankling me, Sellsword. I do not enjoy being batted about with the Cat's Paw."

She then concentrated on finish her drink in quietude, intent to let the pair continue as they may.

"So much to say but so few replies, milady. I'm disappointed."

She turned to Wesley.

"I'm charmed by the offer, ser, but I've known you nought but half a day. Once you've proved your valour, though..." She smiled coquettishly.

(You know, our two chars are utterly incompatible, and I don't like being bullied out of conversations if I don't want to fight.))

((Well, so far, our characters have talked, shown they had opposite points of view, then when Kannii asked if Sorrel was going to help a dwarf quite possibly in danger - seeing how she'd commented on the sanctity of life and such - she was rewarded with rudeness and then strawman'd. From Kannii's point of view, your character has been a stuck-up arse - more the bully than Kannii has! ))

((You speak as if your intention was not to provoke me, by calling me out on my earlier words. :P Anyway, that's how I read it-passive aggressively trying to get the party to follow the Dwarf. Maybe I was wrong.

But, I don't know how to read anything Kanni says any other way. It all comes out hostile toward me. Being hostile back tires me out and I tne out of the game, so whatever.

I declare a peace treaty from this moment on. No more fighting. Or no interaction at all, if that works better for you. I don't have the energy to keep up a grudge in a roleplaying game.))

(( No, I honestly thought after what you said you'd try to help the dwarf or at least work out the scam. That was just my surprise you didn't, so I was rather bemused when your character started ranting. I dunno, you just seemed to have perceived her as a lot more hostile than she actually is. She only starts being rude when people are impolite to her first, and that was very rude of Sorrel just now :P

Kannii's a psychopath, sure, but not an unfriendly one.

No more fighting - sure, if otherwise it's sucking all the fun out for you. I was seeing conversations as 'spirited debate' rather than 'bitter argument'. ))

Sorrel swishes her glass and sips slowly, enjoying the warmth.
"What is this, Riodilic Firewater? You have fine taste, ser. I can even taste the Troll-blood..." She says, mostly jokingly.
Such are the popular jokes that come from the lands of Riodia about what they imbibe-they really do hate trolls that much, quite alot.
Krom gives Sorrel a look, as if asking how she knows what troll blood tastes like.

(( Can you try not to argue about the arguments? :P And on that note, if anyone has any actions, including retiring for the night, sooner would be better than later as I am acutely aware of Runhidesurvive's lengthy nap ))
