"Well, can't say this is unusual for me."

Weston summons Nimue outside the window and stares deep into her eyes through the bars.

"Find Thyra. Give her this message: 'Nadarr is a werewolf and murdered a man in wolf form. Karl and I are in jail for the crime. You need to gather everyone up and either get us released or break us out'. Good luck, girl." Nimue flies off once she gets the message.

Nadarr's anger wears off, and he turns back to Dragonborn shape. Running, he heads back to the inn and scoops up the money offerings made, as well as taking any valuables from the one killed. Then head straight to the prison, with head tucked low in case of being recognised.

((Let's face it, guards were going to come. I expected to go to jail, no one else, but in the end someone was going to have to. It's hard to be inventive around something almost certainly going to happen.))

Cromwell walks up to the jail cell.

((Aurel would be a thief in another game if not a vampire, due to his skillset. So mastah of the cheese, feel free to make him a thief. Also, I assume I'm awake after Nadarr gave me the list.))

Assuming I'm awake, check out the list and if I hear any ruckus, go check it out. Else, go downstairs.

((Well, that roughly translated to a Lord in this game, it's the closest they have to a paladin.
...And, I've now written up the entire party in this game.
I made sure Nadarr could cast Terror.))

Nimue flies off and flies towards the door of the inn. The problem is she sees Nadarr and a bunch of guards inspecting the place. She flies I'm regardless and knocks on Thyra's door. She opens it, still singing and Nimue gives the message (assuming you had paper, if not the back of the map works). She shakes her head and tries to wake Symon, who has now had plenty of time to recover. (?) he awakes to the sight of Thyra and she grabs him and drags him towards the door, only to be met by Nadarr and Aurel who is now downstairs surveying the wreckage and checking the list he was handed halfway during his nap. She grabs Aurel to her and hands him Weston's note. She grips her bow tightly. Symon, now aware of the pain that is gone and no longer dazed from waking up to seeing Thyra, stands to her right, and Aurel, who is reading the note quickly , to her left. The beast tells that this may not end in bloodshed, but still is ready to come out again if need be.

((Actually, familiars can record a voice message and deliver it in the voice of whoever made the message. That's what I had her do.))

Nadarr quickly goes over and picks up all the coin left lying about.

He then goes over beside Aurel again, and looks at everyone.

What? We're gonna need coin to get those two out.

Really, he feels terrible, but puts on a calm, almost chill outer face. Nadarr is fiercely loyal to companions, and only the wolf could have made him run. He tries to hide the flush of guilt and embarrassment.

Read the note quickly, glance at Nadarr and quickly glance at the note again. Then tuck it back in my inventory. Turn to Thyra and Symon.

"There's no time to waste. Karl and Weston are in jail due to a misunderstanding. I want you two to try and gather the patrons that were here when the event happened. We need witnesses to prove their innocence. Meanwhile I'll set everything up so they don't get killed rather soon."

Turns to Nadarr quietly.

"You, come with me to your room. Since you need to lay low for a while, I have another job for you to do."

Wait to see if there are any questions and reactions and go to Nadarr's room with him.

((Actually, familiars can record a voice message and deliver it in the voice of whoever made the message. That's what I had her do.))

((We'll keep that in mind for next time. Right now I think that a written note works better, if you don't mind that is.))
