You all arrive running in. They see you, so the element of surprise is gone (I don't even want to say how clanky Karl was with his roll...). Initiative order is done; you arrive and this is what the field looks like from what Weston's familiar said. The goblins could have moved, but you can't tell from this side.

It is now Weston's turn (the map stays the same except for C3 who died and pretty much exploded everywhere (he didn't though)).
