Karl stretches away the sting from the nearly healed cut in his side.
"Remind me never to make you angry, Symon." he said dryly as he takes in the heap of mangled goblins that Symon accounted for.
Karl then steps up to Aurel, his hand glowing, and places it on the mage's shoulder, letting the healing energy flow to his wounds.
"Anyone who's hurt, come over here a moment."
Karl uses Lay on Hands twice for each hurt party member who wants the healing, except for Aurel, who doesn't have a choice about the first one.
((He's got healing surges out the wazoo, and if we run into another fight before we rest, this won't drain down everyone else's healing surge count.))
Once he's done with his healing duties, Karl notices the map lying on top of the pile of loot the others had collected.
"Here, let me see if I can read that." He says, unrolling the scroll.
((You can only cast lay on hands 3 times per day))
You and Aurel look at the map. While he sees gibberish, you see that it is a map to the goblin's hoard. On it is a reminder in case he ever forgot. It is not very far from here.
((You are somewhere around blue, the map marks the red))
Asks if anyone wants the medium leather armour. If no one objects, take and equip it. Say to Symon
"I agree with Karl. Symon, you have the soul of a Dragonborn"
((You can't wear leather armor))
Symon blushes and mutters, "O-oh, s-s-sorry."
Symon drags the bodies off the road and leans them against the nearby trees. He also takes a short-sword and carves the word "Bandits" into the tree.
Symon drags the bodies and piles them up. It takes you quite some time, especially after getting really tired during a few. It takes you about an hour to do so. You carve the word "Bandits" on the tree, but your penmanship seems to be horrible with a short sword. Its hardly legible, even for you who wrote it.
Gets Thieves' Tools, Ornate dagger, Dagger & Spiderweb Dream Net.
"I think we should give him a proper cremation. Who knows what made him commit suicide, poor sod. And there I was willing to forgive him for the waterbasin. He shall never be forgotten. Come on, come help me cremate him."
You set gonzou's corpse on fire away from the bandits. The moment of silence is a little solemn, but you never were really attached to him. You realize after you burned him he didn't clean himself after the chamberpot incident so the air smells like burnt crap and burnt bodies at the same time. Yuck! You guys look at his gear after you stripped him and you take his thieves' tools, his dagger, his ornate dagger (which holding it definatley tells you its magical), and his spiderweb dream net.
((My character would probably be able to help some with that stuff. Just saying :3
Of course, I'm guessing I'm not the only one <_<)
A half-elf comes along the path and sees the aftermath of battle. Mostly he sees the burning of a body and smells the horrible scent in the air. Karl and Bouchart see him, but everyone else seems to be busy doing their own thing.
