Okay, baby steps. They are a...He/She? They are the only person who can go toe to toe with you because they could...? Yes, they were the only other being with a power, but while your felt natural, their felt like a ugly wound upon this world. They don't even manifest a uniform so you(and the news) don't call them a magic girl(or boy).

You know they want the world and they could control people with a chemical they called Brain Mix. Both you and them are bad at naming it seem. It wears off after a few days and you yourself are immune to it. Still, a few days is more then enough to do damage with the right person since there no outward signs of Brain Mix. It also react bad to fire, transforming those unlucky to breathe it into monsters(apart from yourself again). There no cure for that outcome bar death.
