Jumped into a game as Raluca, Day 2 - Cycle 1. We're being attacked by a fleet of hunters. I've started PILGRED repairs, and trying my best to end cycles in companion free rooms, to keep morale at a healthy level.

The rest of the team seems, adequate, I guess. Some are communicating well, while others just seem to be moving around aimlessly or idling.

I'll post again when the game ends or if anything worth mentioning happens.

Thanks for the tip by the way. Not usually into energy games, but this seems enjoyable.

Cause it isn't just an energy game... it is a social one.

I'm kinda surprised with my ship.  Dawn of the 3rd day and noone has been murdered yet.  What is this?  On that note, the mush hunt has been inconclusive so far... which means their shenanigans do not have to do with hiding items or anything that Eleesha can simply just track.
Of course, that does not mean the Mush are idle...  Overall, active and functional.  I'm loving it.  We are a little weak on the anti-hunter capacity though.  Our expeditions should be awesome, since we have all the tools for success.

Casualties so far are likely to be the two newbies who have gone inactive.

Hmm.. So on my ship.. No research projects have been finished and it's already Day 2 Cycle 3... I'm thinking one of the researchers is Mush.

The primary researcher should be JaniceFinola... if anyone is gonna get er done in the research department, it is her.

Fun Tip: Just take note if she is active or not...

EDIT: I keep getting the names wrong...

We're at day 2 Cycle 3, First cycle with a full crew/mush reveal. So far activity has been fairly quiet, though the Roland is being quite helpful and noobfriendly which I appreciate. I'm assuming it's night for everyone else too, so that's good, perhaps they will be more active in the morning.

Make sure someone (probably Chun) is relaying with Finola or her research is useless. I'd reccomend actually requesting Raluca, Janice, Giole, Roland and Stephen all work on research as well (after re-establishing comms with Sol). Nothing is more important that getting that antimush tech up and running early on. Mycoalarms and antispore gas are just too good to waste.

Also: I have no idea why Mush still win somehow if everyone returns to Sol with the cure.

anything that Eleesha can simply just track.

Bugger. In my current game Eleesha was obviously be one of the Mush and got killed... but not before she took the Mush Sample and hid it somewhere. As Chun I'm currently just running around the ship trying to look for the damn thing so we can get some important research done. Does searching a room turn up all hidden items, or merely have a chance of finding them?

Can't you just check the room logs to see which rooms she's been in recently?

Which I have been doing. Haven't found the sample yet though.

I remember reading that searching a room always reveals a hidden item if there's one in the room... but only one at a time. If there are several items hidden in the room, you'll need to search several times in order to find them all. Not finding anything should mean that the room doesn't have anything hidden in it.

Well, that was a fun run.  Made it to day 10 on a ship as Stephen.  One of the mush was inactive and the other one we found about halfway through because he claimed he got dirty from doing NERON research.  We didn't have much luck with planets or we would have kept going, but you get an achievement and a casting ticket for making it to day 10, so we all agreed to just return to Sol.  It was only my second ship, and it was nice not really having to worry about Mush and be able to explore the ship and figure out expeditions and stuff.
