(SG) Bizarre Slime: CROSS COUNTER!

________________________

It's the year 2086, monsters roam the planet of all varieties ever since a specific chemical leaked out and mutated. Now earth is a shithole of strange monsters, with humans now making up only 5% of all the population of earth. In addition to that, the chemical that was exposed has mutated the male genome, making it so that males are rarer. Males make up only 1% of the earthly population, so the female monsters hunt for human males. Often getting raped, however most town laws prevent this. Along with this drastic change, technological advances has closely unified the world. A city known as The City of Madness has been proclaimed capital of the world.
An extraordinary chemical, known as "Bizzare slime" is the most sought out substance in existance. It's known to grant a wish to anyone who can aquire one vial, however it's extremely rare.
Magic has also been discovered. Very rarely, someone is born with certain magic powers. 3 types of magic exist, rune magic, siphon magic, and sound magic. Rune mages are able to inscribe runes. These runes can be inscribed on items or on another creature or human to fulfill a certain in purpose. Siphon mages are able to "cast" traditional magic, such as a fireball, or an ice bomb or whatever. Sound mages use a catalyst to send powerful sound waves to devastate their target. Some are even born with special abilities.

Your journey begins in the town of Deathville, where many of the human populace lives. Law in the town is very organised, with an actual police force. Monsters make up 90% of the town's population, so it's still freaky.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Bizarre Slime, a funky punky utopia of over-saturated colored machinery and magical technology built to allow the utmost convenience to humankind. The problem, of course, stems from a unnerving abundance of Monster Girls, or Monmusu. To combat the growing aptitude and intelligence of the rise of Monster Girls, a city was erected upon the very foundation of insanity. A city where tamed Monsters and Humans live together in designated harmony and principals.

This location is called 'The City of Madness, USA'.

Built by the most madly brilliant architects and scientists, The City of Madness has become the sparkling pinnacle of fast-living, luxurious breeding, and electronic delight. A Cyberpunk mixture of music ques, neon lights, and bright color palettes, The City of Madness can light up the night sky from miles away.

...However, such easy living conditions would not seem to sway the nature of living things, as conflict, as strongly craved as ever, would infest the city like a disease. As with all civilizations, the city would slowly decay into decadence thanks to the low standards and the moral compasses of the founding members. The Monster Girls, ever fascinated with beauty and breeding, were capitalized upon by social events and structures. The Monster Bash Colosseum to contain the inhuman primal urges for warfare. Taxed and paid Mating Centers for the promiscuous. And who could forget, the greatest capitalization and highest grossing event of Madness, 'The COLOR Contests'.
Contests where humans and monsters gifted with a brand new blood type could wield a new kind of magic in three separate categories clashed. It became somewhat of a Magical Girl/Idol/Martial Arts trio, stars being born from conflict and the pursuit of the main prize of the COLOR contest. The Data Zone, the highest point of the City, a library that housed infinite knowledge await who so ever won the contests.
The carnal carnage of the brutal events became somewhat of a spectacle that more cities across the distorted globe began to enact. Soon, the COLOR contest would become the new Olympic pass time with cute Magical Girls, and with the rise of male human numbers, the sport changed dramatically...
The world has become broken, the oceans shifted and changed, and the only thing holding up the lands so widely known today, are giant bridges of ice that connect each major island to the next. New structures erected from mysterious civilizations. Now is the age of new adventure, of human convolution, and especially, the age of Monster Girls.

Siphon Magic ---
It goes by its name. Users of this magic literally siphon the mana out of their surroundings and use it to cast spells. This also means that siphon users have an infinite amount of mana, but have to charge their attacks. Also, they can't use too much magic or else their bodies are affected in a negative way. They can only channel magic power to the end of their hands and feet.

Runic Magic ---
Uses pre-drawn runes to perform a magic function. Runic mages or witches store mana inside them and can channel it to any area of their body. Runes drawn on the body have to have magic channeled to, although runes which are inscribed into the blood are passively activated. Runes can also be inscribed onto objects, but cannot be controlled separately.

Sound Magic ---
The most dangerous of the three magics -- not because of it's danger to other people, but by it's pure unpredictability. Sound mages use a catalyst to perform their magic, a catalyst which can make a sound. Usually this is an instrument like a guitar but can be other things as well. The most common sound attack is a shockwave of sound, which is powerful in it's own right -- but can be easily blocked. Sound mages have special abilities which they are born with, which creates the destructive side of sound magic. Some sound mages have even been noted to control time itself.

The COLOR contest ---
A contest held in the capital of the world -- the City of Madness. Three Siphon users, three Runic users, and three Sound users duke it out for the main prize -- access to the highest area of knowledge in the world, The Data Zone. Points can be earned in different ways. Beating another color will earn points, but losing to another color will lost points. Going dungeon crawling will gain points as well.
Overall, it's a contest between magical girls for access to near-infinite knowledge. It's dangerous -- many contestants have been known to die, but many consider it worthwile -- if you get picked, of course.

Bizarre Slime ---
Bizarre Slime is believed to be the origin of life -- the Primordial Soup. It is the most sought-out substance in the world, as it is believed to grant any wish. It is also believed to contribute to the creation of monster girls, as when a creature is placed within it with the human genome it transforms into a monster girl. The monster is almost always female because the slime synthesizes a pure sex chromosome pair -- two X chromosomes. Not much knowledge has been known of it, but it is believed to be found in trace amounts in some of the most remote places on the earth. Only one actual human has been known to have been created from Bizarre Slime -- Violet Whiplash. (not you, someone else). Violet Whiplash also happened to be a winner of one of the color contests a while ago, and still lives on today. It is possible that others have been created as well, but have not been recorded.

"Muahahahha!" a voice rings out in the darkness. Poison fumes spurt out from a cauldron inside the dark room, with an eerie fog covering the floor. A dark silhouette is seen, he throws random shit inside the cauldron. Banana peels, glasses, and empty beer bottles. However, after he places the items in, he opens a jar of a yellow slime. Bizarre Slime. He pours it inside the cauldron.
"Ancient beings of the slime..." The sound of a woman chants. A witch. "Use this slime as a sacrifice! Create me a child..!"
"That is not gonna' work." A humanoid pig says, leaning on the wall of the dark room.
"Shut-up, Wilfred. This is bizarre slime! It can grant wishes! I will create a child from the slime, as I must. An old hag like me can't get a man, and even if I could, men are the rarest thing alive..." She says.

Smoke stops spurting out the cauldron. The witch looks inside. She sees...

((Wouldn't it make more sense for the men to be raped than the women? With a 100-to-one ratio, give or take given local conditions, you'd expect that any men wanting some carnal relations without emotional attachment or anything could just find a nymphomaniac or a single mother-wannabe pretty easily. Unless you mean raped by the monsters?))

Oh.

Monsters follow laws?

Most
But for the sake of forum rules, I'll just make them attack you.

Also, most of the monsters in the city aren't savage creatures. Outside the cities, you'll find savage monsters.

Hm...to Seventh Sanctum!

This lonely girl has large red eyes. Her silky, straight, short hair is the color of ripe tangerines, and is worn in a simple style. She is very tall and has a wasp-waisted build. Her skin is ruddy. She has a low forehead and a small mouth. Her wardrobe is severe and no-nonsense, with a completely blue and red color scheme.

Hm...to Seventh Sanctum!
Ew.

Alright, so lessee. Our mother's a crone, our... uncle I guess is a pig.

I hereby declare us to be a hardcore bristleback battleshaman. Unless we're supposed to be her daughter in the more direct, observable sense.

Assuming being a humanoid war boar is acceptable, I'm thinking a relatively lean build (again, for a bipedal boar), mostly grey fur, and of course an ostentatious mohawk that goes all the way to our short tail. Our feet are hooves, of course, and our hands' thick fingers are less dextrous than a human's, but stronger.

If we do need to be human or human-ish, I'll have to think on it a bit more.

Huh. I forgot about that bit of exposition. Yeah, I'll retract my previous suggestion.

Anyways, the humanoid pig doesn't seem to really be our "father," so much as someone working with/under the crone, and the bizzare slime is our "biological mother" more than the crone, with the banana peels, glasses, bottles, and such being "fathers".
Food for thought.

Alright...how about a humanoid made of glass, with yellow tentacles?

Or a humanoid with tentacles instead of legs, clear as yellow-brown-tinted glass and with leaf-like hair?

Are there other things to consider?

Whole bunch of stuff. Or you could just be a normal human.

That's an interesting take on it, actually. I was looking for vague inspiration more than an actual explanation, but thinking of us as a bizarre slime/banana peels glasses bottles hybrid could go places.

Well, if you mean combinations or inspiration then there's an infinite number. If you mean additional parents or the like, probably just facts about the world we could potentially throw in or something, akin to my boar idea.

Hm... could have a glass exoskeleton rather than being "made" of glass. If I was going to go for something other than the boar lady (that was actually based on anything and not just a cool idea), it'd probably involve glass armor.

I'm not sure how "involved" the pig-man is with our creation. As far as I can tell, we'd be likelier to take on traits of the cauldron than traits of him.

Still, a glass exoskeleton filled with various types of goo and fibers sounds like a good bodily structure. Now we need to decide what shape the body is in.

The things that were put in have pretty much no effect. The slime grants the user their wish, and in this case, a child.
