My character’s general background is that he is a non-magical healer who tends to heal those people who might not necessarily be able to afford magic healing, or might not want to go into the rich parts of town.

As such he probably lives in or near the rough parts of town, and probably has dealings with all sorts of poor or rough types.

He has been established there for a few years.

He is also a dwarf and into alchemy.

If anyone is interested in any kind of pre-existing connections for RP then I would be happy to do this.

Krafty Kobold has probably lived in a rougher part of town for much of the time since the Apocalypse. Not sure of details yet. Will work out more backstory in a few days when I'm not feeling so shitty.

I like this connected backstory thing, guys.

Now we just need for everyone to have at least 1 connection to another PC, split those connections up among parties, and quietly sing "It's a small world after all" every time paths intersect.
I'm joking about that, but I do like the backstory. So go you guys.

Well my character is a half orc druid who has spent most of his life outside of the city, and arrived in the past year. he has spent that time learning common, and doing odd jobs, because he is curious about the totems.
I'd be happy to connect if you can come up with something.

2. Fishmine, Farmsvil and Mineton sounds a bit... Not what people would name stuff. Except maybe Fishmine. But then again, I'm not a DM. I guess I should leave it to you guys.

Well, Fishmine was originally supposed to be Fishmire...and the three were all stuff I came up with quickly. They're all compounds--the main industry of the area (fishing/farming/mining) combined with a description of the area (vil[lage], town, mire).
I'm not that good with names. Do you have better suggestions? I'd love to hear them.
