My name is Cromwell Jackson, wielder of the Eternal Ray, master of the Unbound Skies, Keeper of the Eldritch Timepiece! Let it be known across the Planes that I have come to exert my will over this world!

With a rush of divine power, you break through the field of Aether which served as your birthing ground, and rocket toward the mortal plane, latent power from the break trailing behind you. With a flash of light and a rush of wind, you arrive at a wide, snowy tundra. Rocky outcrops poke up from the white drifts, and mountains rise in the distance. Before you lies a shamble of thick, low wood and stone buildings, warmly lit by the crackling fires inside, smoke trailing from hundreds of chimneys combining to drape everything in a gray haze. In the center, a large square serves as the centerpiece to the town. A low palisade surrounds the large cluster of huts and halls. Nearby, on a rise about a mile away, a small fort dominates the countryside. While you were looking around, the remains of the aura which followed your flight breaks down and is absorbed, giving you 1000 Mana and 1 Abstract. The Abstract, a crystallized piece of Aetherial Essence, will be useful later for the creation of powerful magics, but the mana can be used to channel your Elemental powers now. That said, the time has come for you to begin doing as you wish!
