Zechariah limped forward at impressive speeds for a handicap.

"Angel! Just hold on! Rrrgh, shut up, stupid entity! You've nothing to say over the life of one of our own!"

Limp forward at even more impressive speeds!

**Attention slowpoke Firefox and little girl:  The entities controlling us say you need to hurry the hell up before you're surrounded and murdered.**
To teammates, through interface: <Trying!>
Continue last turn's action, either kill the guards or buy Angel more time. Hope the guards get steam burns or that even if they beat my flames the steamcloud will obscure their view.
To Angel: <You're doing good, keep moving, we need to get out of here.>

((I don't think heating something that is right above us to a ridiculous degree is very smart. Worst case scenario we become +metal statues+. This is a finely crafted metal statue. It is encrusted with sharkmist and HMRC. On the item is an image of HMRC and Pancaek. Pancaek is laughing. The HMRC is melting. The artwork relates to the encasing of the HMRC in metal by Pancaek during the Mission of Many People.))

Down the chimney I go, and then to the elevator! Be stealthy and hidden-like.

Keep crawling forward and healing.
Zechariah limped forward at impressive speeds for a handicap.
"Angel! Just hold on! Rrrgh, shut up, stupid entity! You've nothing to say over the life of one of our own!"
Limp forward at even more impressive speeds!
"Excuse me for trying to help!" says the entity sarcastically.
"If I'm the one who's stupid, then why are you not running to save me?"
To Angel: <You're doing good, keep moving, we need to get out of here.>
Irene once again pushes the flames forward against the guards and their attempts to fight it with water.
Her powers keep the flame alive but the guards are gaining ground, the fire growing weaker.
More rounds are shot blindly, hitting nothing but air.
Angel continues crawling forward, reaching Irene but her body and mind can't hold on any longer. She goes unconscious, falling limp on the ground. Her body continues to heal, but it's slow work.
Thankfully, Zach arrives just in time to save the day. Well, not really, but he arrives and he can help.
With a motion of his staff, he draws light from the fire to him and with a swipe and a little boost from his internal reserves, he creates a wall of hardlight crystal. The wall shields them from the guards behind the firewall and the newly arriving guards from the stairwell.
The guards from the stairwell shoot and their bullets embed themselves in the crystal wall. Small cracks form but the wall holds.
Zach uses the time he just bought them to pick up the unconscious Angel and carry her the rest of the way to the offices in a fireman's carry.
He just sprinted with a bullet in his leg, he's carrying an (admittedly light) teenage woman on his shoulder (said woman is dripping blood and loosing pieces of molten flesh that are falling on him) and his leg hurts like hell. On top of that he's maintaining a wall of hardlight that is being shot repeatedly. None of the above help with his exhaustion. He feels like he'd collapse right now if he didn't have his staff to lean on.

Summon megaphone.

GET THE FUCK OVER HERE AND STOP DYING
You get a tiny toy megaphone. Lots of tiny objects around here.
"I recommend some blue pills."
Summon up a heavy machine gun turret while we wait.
The parts begin appearing and assembling, but you immediately spot a problem. There's something wrong with the parts. Some of them are rusted, others are covered in snow and dirt and some of them look cracked and broken. Nevertheless, the heavy machine gun assembles, a heavy blocky thing with a long barrel and a tripod. Its ammunition is fed by a large box on the side, a generous amount of 12.7×108mm bullets ready to be belt fed into it.

Move to the loud noises and start freezing guards or fire.
You're nearly there, but you're not getting there this turn.

Down the chimney I go, and then to the elevator! Be stealthy and hidden-like.
You take a deep breath, hold it and jump into the chimney.
You try to slow your descent but it's slippery. You accelerate to a speed far higher then you would be comfortable with.
Panicking you push the walls of the chimney with all your strength. You slightly injure your right arm but at least you manage to slow your descent enough to land safely. You break the window of some kind of maintenance door by shooting it once and hitting it with your gloved hand. You unlatch it from the other side and push it open with your leg. You jump out and exhale, cough a bit and take a deep breath.

The room you're in is some kind of generator room. The walls are lined with fuel tanks while the center of the room is taken by three large machines that feed their exhaust to the chimney you just used, that is currently escaping into the room through the maintenance door you left open. There's a single door that leads out of the room.

You go through it and find yourself in a long hallway. Very far away from you towards the South, you can see a fire. You can also hear gunshots coming from there.
"Make your way East and you'll reach the elevator in no time."

"Bah, good enough."

Inspect the thing to tell if it'll even fire at all.  Man it and guard the elevator door.

"For fuck's sake..." Jordan types out on his interface a message.

Interface Message: "Get to the elevator, guys, I'll meet you there."

Get to the elevator and wait for the others. Try to avoid fires and guards if possible.
(Can I even get to the elevator? I'm not really sure where I even am.)

His leg was searing in pain. His back was pressured by someone else. His mind ached from the effort of the crystal wall. His everything hurt, basically.
But he felt fulfilled. He's doing his job. But he's not done yet.

"Come on, come on! Drop the fire, we got to get to the elevator! Let's go!"

Get around the corner and get to the elevator as fast as possible. Urge Irene to come with us, and if she does, drop the crystal wall.

"Picking up the slack..."
Cover them if/when they run towards us. Don't step out of the elevator, though.
