It's called Gust of Wind. Repeatedly. Get an item that continuously uses it, point at sail.

Team Honorable perished due to lack of organization.

Irony, given that the dishonorable team was supposed to be the chaotic one.

That sort of thing seems to happen.  My last D&D game, we had a Lawful team and a Chaotic team; the former degenerated into confusion and intra-party bickering, while the latter worked like a well-oiled machine (even including the usual Good-Evil bickering and the not-entirely-unrelated "is it cannibalism when half of the party is a different species" arguments) until the entire game came apart.

Team dishonourable was intended to be evil, not chaotic :P

Seldain was/is pretty horrifyingly evil. He's all in on the slaughter of innocent folk for their shiny bits.

In my experience, most innocent people don't have very many shiny bits.

The point works out basically the same.

Therein lies the beauty of it. We take a few shiny bits from a lot of people, and then we have a lot of shiny bits. It's foolproof. We get cold, hard cash, and the world gets alleviation of it's overpopulation issues.
