Direct all appropriated nukes and other missiles capable of reaching space towards the SADIST facilities, try to shoot down as many of the SADIST orbitals before they can escape.
Locate the SADIST asteroid facilities using radio and visual telescopes, we should already know where one is considering it was ours. Naturally if we find them, launch missiles at them.
Put a vote through the U.N security council to publicly denounce the SADISTS and declare official support for the Sunshine Squad, being the U.N it can't do much but hey, P.R.
Begin researching Cloning, Sustainable energy, and draw up multiple disaster evaluation plans for all possible scenarios to increase world readiness in case of disaster.
Offer china full and total control of Korea (both north and south) and Taiwan if they support the sunshine squad, encourage the U.S to renounce Taiwan's claim to mainland china and withdraw their support from them. Additionally offer any small Asian country they care to have.
Offer Russia their choice of countries in eastern Europe including Finland, the Baltic States, Poland, Romania, and Ukraine if they agree to support us.
Offer India the territory of Kashmir and all of Pakistan in exchange for support.
Assuming the Big 3 have fallen in line, bully the remaining nations to our side, if they refuse, invade them and share the spoils among the Sunshine Squad. Also invade and occupy all the promised nations, try not to wreck them too badly.
Use the SADISTS intentions to use WMDs to destroy mankind as evidence for declaring them enemies to all mankind, and glorify the sunshine squad as mankind's defenders once more.
Most military hardware should already be EMP shielded, but make sure to reinforce whatever isn't.
Direct the labor and resources of all Pro-sunshine nations to aid our cause (hopefully) greatly increasing our resource production.
Begin international construction of a missile defense system based off of the already extant U.S. system.
Continue hunting down all SADIST secret bases and military, no prisoners are to be taken. Utilize international forces to this effect.
Use any and all remaining resources cleaning up radiation and quarantining all major disease outbreaks (With extreme force if necessary).
