"Shit," Elena whips out her phone and types furiously, using as much shorthand as possible to say that it wasn't what it sounded like.  "Alright, lets hope that she has her phone on her, like she should have in this situation."  Elena cracks her neck, "Creativity time then.  There are some zipties in the closet, come with me to get them."

((Not going to actually end up being kinky.))

Not!Selina grins, slowly following her. All she could think of is how kinky this would end up being, especially if she forced Selina to watch.

((I'm guessing that she ties her up in a closet and leaves her there with some food for a few days.))

Using the ties, Elena binds Not-Selina's arms behind her back and her legs, leaving her standing up still.  "Ready?"

"Hurry up already." Shes getting impatient as she follows with a lazy nod.

"Yes"

"Great. Now, you'll be waiting underground, and when you see--or hear, or feel, how do you sense things when you're underground anyways?--us attacking you start binding heroes. Once the big ones--especially the bruisers and the fliers--are nice and bound, you can keep it up or come out of the ground to fight 'em--your choice. We're making a scene, making it clear who is powerful here."


Slither, Phantasm, Sliver, and Blaster show up.
"What is the meaning of this?"
"Ooh, kinky. Didn't know you--"
Phantasm glares at Blaster, causing her to stop when she notices.

"I have no idea what shes planning bossman!"

"I was intending to throw her into a cell until Selina managed to gain control herself.  What Sliver heard was me getting her to not be surprised by it."  Elena lies, she had actually intended to leave her in the closet ((Xantalos predicted me)), "I also may have intended to leave her screaming in fear, but that would have only been after warning Selina, if she was watching."  A little truth to the little lie never hurt."

"It's not Selina, and, had I not gotten lucky, she would have filleted me like a fish.  Every time that she has gotten out, she has either considered it, attempted it, or intentionally pissed me off so that I would maybe physically hurt her, and I figured that it was about time to show her why that was a bad idea."  Elena is not going to back down on this, "Shall I just let normal Selina out every single time?  What happens if she relies on it, and I'm not there to pull her back and she goes on some insane rampage like the first time we met?  Should I just let her go now?  The only person in this room, besides me, who is potentially capable of stopping her, given her personal shielding, on a regular basis is Phantasm.  Phantasm, no offense to you, but no one wants to be subjected to your power."

"That is not why I am concerned. Do you remember the conversation we had about your revelations during the Naga fight?"

"I do... oh!"  Conflict, the girl was causing conflict, was that his point, not sure how that really mattered.  "Would this be better discussed if we were able to do so a little more candidly?"
