Elena suddenly notices something blinking. Some sort of red light.


Steven Jerle is in a park, some Ukranian memorial thing, by the Humber river. Less than a hundred meters away is the West Park Health Care Center, bustling and overfull even now, days after the Terror struck the town. He's heard things about gangs and such picking up, but it doesn't concern him. He hasn't been affected. For once since he got powers, he's barely a concern to passers-by, keeping an eye out for the Bones or the Guts or one of the smaller gangs springing up.

Elena looks at the light, and anything associated with it.

It's a little drone thingy. Picking it up, Elena notes that it is about the size of her hand, clunky, and appears to have a camera on it. On the underside is written in what seems to be permanent marker, "STILL WORTH IT".

"I'm sorry Selina, not to leave you hanging, but I do need to talk to Blaster for a moment.  She heads out Selina's door taking the drone with her, but pops her head back around, "By the way, that was about an eight out of ten.  It would have been a little better if you hadn't temporarily lost the capacity for rational thought, but for an inexperienced kiss, it was fairly stellar.  While I'm gone, do try to decide whether or not you want it to mean anything." 

With that said, she heads towards Blaster's door and knocks, "Sue, we need to talk."  she extends the girl's name and "talk" with mock sweetness.

Hmm, this might be not as much of a problem as Elena had thought.  She looks around, and, if no one is looking, tries to open the door.

Elena examines what she can see of the room from the doorway.  Given Blaster's propensity for troublemaking, she wouldn't put it past her to put traps in the room.
