Allow matter to attract more matter, with matter going to the larger matter.
When this matter reaches a certain point have it create stars.

Create law that causes matter to attract matter, and chaotic matter to attract chaotic matter.
Use the fifth and sixth dimensions we attached earlier to stabilize Chaotic matter. Instead of turning normal matter into chaotic matter, it will annihilate both particles and turn them into energy. This energy will be 'thought' energy for now, which, for the moment, will do little. It is different from other energies; it exists on six dimensions, and because of this, acts somewhat like a fluid, coelescing and swirling and creating currents if there is enough of it. It can condense, is attracted to other thought energy, and can create matter again over time if there is enough of it. Sometimes this will make chaotic matter, to ensure the cycle will continue.

Don't do weird shit like make up words like 'stars' (:P)

Use the fifth and sixth dimensions we attached earlier

These didn't actually end up being created, and need to be more specific. Generally a dimension represents a specific way things in a universe can move. One dimensional physics is generally that of a line spanning two directions, two dimensional physics includes infinite directions in a circle on a flat plane much like a sheet of paper. Three dimensional space includes the entire sphere of infinite directions. The effects of more than three dimensions are debated, and include all sorts of possibilities including playing with time, objects being able to inhabit a space together, or movement across different universes.
I'm perfectly willing to explore the possibilities, but would enjoy specifics so i can adjust accordingly.

At this point we need to kickstart complexity. Gravity, in a way that doesn't crush the universe into a black hole, and nuclear fusion (if we're already at the atom, if not go there).

Actually, elements exist now. So under the right conditions...

We have elements and are working on gravity.

Instead, why not make the particles  of "thought energy" cannot interact with chaotic matter and regular matter, but they  are what forms when chaotic and normal matter hits each other, making equal amounts of thought energy, when enough amount of energy is given to it, it splits, making both normal and chaotic matter, after speeding away from each other and large speeds, then exploding, giving back energy, of what both matters had before, equally.

Hmmm. Create two more dimensions then, one of which creates something akin to a scale between normal matter and chaotic matter, now causing there to be an in-between, and fluctuation in a cycle. The other allows particles to move in it in a different way, which involves...hmmm...it's hard to decide/describe/conceptualize, since we as humans can barely think in four dimensions(since we tend to think of time not as a dimension like depth or width, but something completely different), let alone five or six. Perhaps something akin to what you said, an additional dimension of time?

I need some time to better wrap my head around some of the possibilities of what some of these might mean, pardon me if my next post is a little delayed. Feel free to elaborate on and contextualize your ideas, or introduce other possibilities for debate.

If possible produce a primordial species of space creatures that resemble "eldritch abominations" but actually aren't eldritch at all just held together with our powers.

For something so vital and resource-heavy you need to be more specific.
