Create motion so that particles will collide and create new particles.

You fill all matter with the potential for movement, but this seems to change nothing. Still the universe hangs still, except for the anarchic pulsing of the universe, which continues to change bits of matter beyond recognisability, and sometimes to swallow it into nothingness entirely.

Grant all the matter ontological inertia. Cause the universe to rotate.

You grant the matter stability, and so the matter helps to buffer the reality it occupies. Chaotic space will cease to erase this matter from existence, but will still be able to alter it's composition in unpredictable ways.

Your next action is to give motion to the whole of the universe, in order to cause it to spin in an orderly fashion. The space and all matter within it still remains inert however. The kinetic energy is definitely there, but it does not move.
There is something missing, some dimension of reality that is required to give this universe the push needed to properly interact with itself without your intervention. As it is the only thing that does not remain constant is the shifting of anarchic space, which remains unpredictable.

Conservation of Mass created.
Universe Rotation (sort of) created.

Create a fourth dimension and graft it on, one that gives a new defining part to the matter which allows it to interact without our intervention. Also make a fight and sixth, but they won't do anything yet. But we should have them on there for later, after we're less tired.

A spark of inspiration strikes! Movement of *all* of reality in an orderly direction beyond space! At that everything clicks into place, and the universe as you have made it begins it's spin as you planned. This causes particles of matter to drift, and rarely, to touch one another. Just as soon as they touch the kinetic energy is enough to send each particle into more or less opposite directions.
Even more rarely, a particle of normal matter and chaotic matter collide, and the results are unpredictable. Sometimes the chaotic matter assimilates the piece of normal matter into another piece of chaotic matter, sometimes nothing happens, and sometimes both particles explode violently, releasing an enormous amount of kinetic energy which sends other particles of any kind hurtling away at impressive speeds. The kinetic energy grows weaker and more spread out the farther it travels, but never dissipates. That is, it never dissipates unless it comes into contact with chaotic space undergoing a fluctuation, at which point it is swallowed, or turned into chaotic kinetic energy which, so far seems to pass harmlessly through any particle it passes.

Time is Created!
Chaotic Kinetic Energy is created!

Allow matter to interact with itself to form more complex forms. Make it so Chaotic matter may spontaneously become normal matter to counteract normal matter becoming chaotic matter.
Create Light. Neither normal nor chaotic, it is released as a form of energy. Conversion of kinetic energy into light energy and conversely is possible. Additionally conversion of light into a pair of normal and chaotic particle is possible.

A query, do you mean that you intend to turn all chaotic matter into regular matter? Or introduce a physical law that randomly stabilizes chaotic particles?

I think he means introduce a law that causes chaotic matter to randomly become normal matter sometimes.

I don't like it.

Introduce a law that causes chaotic matter and normal matter to repel each other, but causes them to attract themselves. This should, as a side-effect, introduce potential energy. Also introduce a law that causes some of the kinetic energy to be released as light energy, which goes faster, and will serve as a catalyst in reactions that we will make the groundwork for later. Might as well start making the background of stuff now, after all.

Also, don't fuck wit speed and mass and weight and shit to make the laws of relativity. Fuck that.

As it is, normal matter can turn into chaotic matter but not the reverse, and they can also annihilate each other into... kinetic energy, somehow. Inevitably, all normal matter will quickly disappear. I wanted to prevent that. But then all matter will end up disappearing into kinetic energy, so I wanted something else to prevent that as well.

Needless to say, I prefer sustainable universes.

While the interaction between normal and chaotic matter is certainly interesting, it is also dangerous to the overall wellbeing of the universe, so you decide to begin taking precautions. It's a rather simple matter to give matter a sort of field that repels matter of the opposite type, and minimizes the amount of collisions that occur, though they still occassionally happen if a particle has enough kinetic energy to overcome the field in it's travels.
You also introduce a new and exciting kind of energy, light. This energy speeds along faster than anything you've yet created, easily outstripping kinetic energy in it's speed, though so far it has little effect on anything else. As of yet it is only created as a byproduct of the occassional explosions sometimes made by the collision of normal and chaotic particles, along with kinetic energy. This energy too, is occassionally changed by the anarchy of space into chaotic light. When chaotic and normal light touch you find that they sometimes seem to neutralize eachother, stopping one another from Travelling into the space occupied by the other. It's causing light of both kinds to travel somewhat unevenly through the universe.

Still the chaotic universe causes normal particles to occasionally turn into chaotic particles in it's constant shifting. You also notice that this shifting of the universe seems to occur outside of time, forcing the universe to sort of hiccup whenever one occurs, when a particle becomes a chaotic particle it has *always* been a chaotic particle. How interesting.
If things continue as they have the particles of the universe will eventually all become chaotic, though you have yet to decide if that is something you want or not. It's worth noting that you also exist outside of time, and are not effected by it's constraints as matter and energy are.

Light Created.
Chaotic Light created.
Law of Repelling of chaotic and normal particles created.
