ALSO, Elephant, I thin kit would have been a smart move to make each level of Strong, Agile, Rich, etc. to cost one more FP. And have a cap for them. Because a +1 to Strong 9 times just doesn't work. And might break the game.

It's not a bonus to all rolls, just a bonus to one very three turns.

By this do you mean simply that he cannot spend my gold, or that I should be buying the books because we have presumably not met? If it's the second one, I don't think this whole mercenary thing will work. If it's the first one, perhaps Coolrune should merely increase the amount of the loot he takes home, so I can spend my gold freely, since presumably in the cave there will be no shops once we're there.
