No. Mathematically it's all the same, just replace days with hours of gameplay if you want to be more accurate. There comes a point regardless where it would take you X amount of gameplay hours if you reset to catch up to where you are, a further X where you profit past the cookies lost for that time.

Well I got True NeverClick and Hardcore + I have like +13,000% cps from Heavenly Chips I think I might finally be done with this nightmare tell the next update.

You just need to click two non-frenzy golden cookies without clicking the big cookie; after that, you can start automatic production. You could also cheat the cookies in, which gets you another shadow achievement.
