I have left my web browser (opera) running for days now, no real increase in memory use.  10 anti-matter condensers away from having 100 or more of everything, 25 billion CPS

If you use Cookie Monster it has calculations of how many chips you will get from resetting in the stats menu.

I will say that restarting doesn't seem worth it given that getting 7 golden cookies from the start is annoying.

Now you carry over your golden cookie count so the upgrades to the golden cookies are unlocked already, just gotta save up to pay for them.

BOO! I reset too early. I don't know why they just don't count my achievements.

How much does each heavenly chip increase your CPS by? I want to know if resetting is worth it; I have just over a quadrillion, and I'm definitely going to reset once dungeons arrive if I don't now.

It adds CpS like cookies, not multiplies it like kittens. If you have ten heavenly chips, that's +20% CpS.
