((Actualy, now that I think of it, it's strange more DF players don't play pikmin. The pikmin never follow orders correctly, are always running off into danger, being stupid, and getting themselves killed for a xxFirey Blowhog Corpsexx. They are exactly like dwarves, with less beard))

-I already mentioned the mamuta alternative
-Get near a fiery blowhog and enjoy the heat until dawn (the fire will keep the other monsters at bay)

(5) You quickly get out of sight!

There is a large open area right in front of you. To the right, a path curves off into the distance. Suddenly, a jet of flame comes up from the area in front of you! On closer inspection, there are a cluster of three fire geysers in the middle. You hear some strange croaking sounds coming from your right

Stay near the geysers as long as possible, run if we see anything moving towards us.

((Also, Pikmin was, and still is my most loved Nintendo franchise since the first one came out. I'm buying a Wii U almost solely to play Pikmin 3))

You move towards the geysers, and sit down on them. The only sound is the strange croaking from earlier. Now that the surrounding area is illuminated by the fire, you can see a cluster of eggs nearby.

You look down the path, but can't see all the way down, as it curves. You cautiously move down until you can see the source of the noise. A yellow frog that you have heard the leaders call a "wollywog" states back at you. It makes no move to attack.

Back away slowly. If it leaps, run towards where it was before the leap and keep going.

(6) You back away very quickly, and the wollywog jumps at the sudden movement. It misses you, but afterwards stands up on two legs, and let's out a long, low croak. It jumps back into its pond.

Continue down the curving path, try to be as stealthy as possible.
