The historian wasn't entirely sure what to say to Julius, beyond the fact that he now ranks the man next to Sheila in terms of 'people you don't want to meet in an alleyway.' "I... See. Uh.... Hope--Hopefully that comes out." He looked incredibly uncomfortable.

And was very relieved when he could instead answer Grifen's (now far less relatively) awkward question instead. "Ah, yeah, uh, that." There was an uncomfortable silence as Fezz scratched his chin, his eyes glued to the ceiling. "Guess Leo let that drop, huh. I was hoping for a more, uh, opportune time. I've, er,  started to learn that an opportune time is a cruel myth."

[Sirus]

Grifen smiled a bit. This was far less awkward than that three-way war between Sheila, Leo, and Renault.

: "Well, we already knew that the two of ya looked kinda similar. So, uh, when did ya find out?"

[Xanmyral]

"I, uh... Sorta... Always knew. It was why I stuck with the group. At first." His eyes were firmly planted on the wooden floor.

Sheila moved her hands to Leo's sides. "Well you can't take it back. But I want you two to work on this because he's family. At the very least I don't want you two at each others throats. Can you do that for me?" Sheila gave her priestly friend a quick peck on the lips and slipped away, back to the fight.

[SeriousConcentrate]

"Right. I'll try to keep a more civil tongue when dealing with him."

Once she left, he added to himself,

"_{if that's possible...}"

[Sirus]

: "Did preacher know? When'd he find out?"

: "I can guess why ya'd wanna stick around, to keep an eye on yer brother. But from the sound of it, ya got another reason. I'm guessin' it ain't fer fightin, so why's that?"

Miguel groaned. Either from exasperation or from getting axed, he couldn't be sure. At any rate, he was too old to this.

[Xanmyral]

Fezz shook his head. "I told him a few days ago. Well, he found out for himself and I confirmed it. I... Had planned it going better than it did, but at least it happened." He sighed.

"Well, now we're pressed in service. We can't exactly leave if we wanted to. I think. That and, uh..." The historian hesitated, obviously thinking of what exactly he should say. "It... Just wouldn't feel right to leave now."

[Sirus]

: "Oh right, that mess. Can't blame ya fer not leavin' when yer life's on the line."

: "But I gotta say, ya need to work on how ya tell folks stuff. It took ya so long to tell preacher that he was your brother that he figured it out first. Then the two of ya planned to tell the rest of us but I'm guessin' ya didn't want it to happen in the middle of some big fight! Just imagine what might happen next time."

[Swordstar]

Ciera glanced at Sheila.

"So uh... That's your dad, huh? And mop-- err Leo's your boyfriend? Seems like that... didn't work out so well."

"I know, right? It's like they both went crazy when they saw each other, what the hell?"

[Swordstar]

"Yeah... I'm sorry that had to happen. It would have been so exciting that you got to help rescue your father but then... But... Hopefully they'll be able to get through it because they love you? Right?"

[Blade Master Model 42]

"A girl can only hope."

[Swordstar]

"Yeah... Well, I hope things work out! But for now, lets just hope we can beat the rest of these guys."
