"...So, what's up with the blue jello monster? Are we fighting it?" Mimic Guy's voice (and mask) remained impassive at his question.

Because while he is calcinating is when he feels motivated to do updates.

(Was today some special day of some kind in the USA? Because both FFS and Evil Lincoln decided to do MULTIPLE updates)

Ash glances in surprise at the Shy Guy.

"I, uh... yes? I mean, he's breaking stuff and being a general menace to society. I'll admit that messing up waterfront property is small time as far as nemesises go, but it's the sort of random act of destruction you'd expect out of the minor villain at the start of the story. We beat him up so everyone knows how awesome we are, then the villain beats us up so everyone knows how awesome he is, then good triumphs over evil and we get sweet loots and/or character development!"
"Ashley the proper pluralization of nemesis is nemeses and also I do not know as the real world works like Toadwatch I mean what if it's an evil boardwalk or something and we are interrupting the good and righteous work of some kind of aquatic superhero and also you did not tell me we were fighting blue Jello come on everyone knows nothing made of Jello can be evil!"
"He's not Jello, he's clearly a blue walrus, and he attacked the Pokey! Our brutal retaliation is textbook self-defense! Like I said, FINDER'S! KEEPERS!"

The United States of America closed office today, so we have nothing to do except sit around with shotguns, making forum game updates as we wait for the End Times.

"Well, if you say so." At speeds faster than the eye can follow, Miic Guy swaps out his mask for one with an angry visage upon it. "GET SOME!" The now enraged Shy Guy screams as he sprints at the big ol' monster.

Full Body Tackle the monster!

The United States of America closed office today,
((A bit of a simplification. The full truth is about at ludicrous, though.))

((The schools and stuff closed too? Shit, and all that just happened because the spending bill was not approved. In my country, that happened like two tears ago and the goverment just decreeted on which things money must be spent for the whole year and we survived. Well, my country is not an example of anything, except from coming out of avoidable crisis.))

Yeah, the whole place is shut down. You can't even go outside because there's government property out there. Think of the trillions we're spending keeping those Highway Enforcement Officers out, blocking people from walking to work and such. Just recently I heard a dude was arrested for watering his plants. It's crazy.

((Thanks for clarifying that for me GWG. I saw all the stuff in the news and really couldn't believe that what FFS was saying was truth))
Anyway, this was my reaction:

Quote from: Myself being unable to process what has been said
((Wait, the whole country, even the private sector is paralized? What kind of Orwelian dystopia is that? I-it doesn't even make sense. What, you can't put a foot over a public square? I'm sorry, but my third-world mind just can't understand how a country can paralize just because the public sector has not aproved how will it use its funds))

((Proud to be Canadian.... :P Personally, the sarcasm/ironic exaggeration was clear to me, but I didn't understand what it was about... something about the legal system being ****? Meh. Politics never really concerned me - though I guess they would if I were to be arrested for watering my flowers :P))
