Truth be told, same with most villains. The only reason villains hurt more people on average is that they include some people that are more accurately classified as monsters than villains."

A new arrival enters the office, reaching up to brush back a strand or two of white hair from his face, smirking a little and walking up to the front desk. "Ma'am, would you kindly stand up? there's nothing to be afraid of."

His words are layered with honey and power, the Pride in him reaching out through them to her.

No matter what her beliefs before, those words would seem so very true to her, she'd likely find herself rising before she even has a chance to think about it.
