"Have you ever visited Dun Morogh my horned friend?"

"Yes actually. I think it was around the time the king of Dwarves was turned to stone. It was an admirable act, trying to communicate with Azeroth itself in its time of pain".

"The guy got petrified?"

[Vgray]

"It was diamond technically. He was preforming an old Earthen ritual 'to become one with the earth' which experts interpreted as meaning a ritual to commune with the earth. The elements were in turmoil at the time, strange earthquakes, floods, droughts."

[Empiricist]

"Just to be clear, he wasn't supposed to turn into a bunch of diamonds, right?"

[Vgray]

"If the explorers league translated the tablet correctly, no."

[Empiricist]

"Another ancient thing? Didn't they test it before getting their head of state to do it?"

[Vgray]

"Magni refused to let anyone else do the ritual."

[Empiricist]

"Why not?"

[Vgray]

"Magni would never have let one of his subjects take the risk for him. He would've called it cowardice."

[Empiricist]

"So, is he still a lump of diamond right now?"

[Vgray]

"Yes, sadly. I think I've heard the translation of the tablet before. Don't expect me to put on a Dwarven accent though.

'And here are the why and the how, to again become one with the mountain, for behold, we are earthen, of the land, and its soul is ours, its pain is ours, its heartbeat is ours. We sing its song and weep for its beauty. For who would not wish to return home? That is the why, O children of the earth.'

"Isn't flowery language something you should avoid when providing instructions on how to perform a spell?"

[Vgray]

"Maybe it sounds better in the original Earthen? Anyway, here's the next part.

When the ritual was actually done, it was spoken in the original language."
