Several sigils similar to those of Florencio's server sells appear, they rise and flash out of existence, leaving behind expertly-pruned cherry blossom trees lining the streets in regular intervals. They seem to be in full bloom, petals drifting lazily along with the wind, glowing ever so slightly as they drift.
Florencio cautiously approaches one and applies some magic to it. Some of the petals turn black and fall off, orbiting the tree in a holding pattern before fading once he stops.
"Shit."

Well, seeing as he's a god of knowledge, he would probably know that the trees at present are not of much issue as long as no one strikes one with magic. In the event that one does, it's petals will turn black, scatter randomly and hide all information about what they hit, essentially making the object seemingly nonexistent from the point of view of everyone for a short period of time. Hence, it could result in people crashing into a wall they cannot perceive and due to being unable to remember it, crash into it repeatedly until the effect wears off or they change their mind though during it they would see through the wall. This effect also applies to anyone struck, if struck, the person will forget that they exist and just stand there doing nothing for a few minutes.

Also, that the trees will not grow any further or require pruning. Also, they will be perpetually in bloom.

He decides to simply let them be, but first removing the effect of the trees from any object it has been applied on except for the trees themselves.
