@Xan: Too-many-possibilities wise. Gotta think of something good but not overpowered, and something that he can use during his first class phase since he won't be doing any attacking. Last one I thought up was a buff to experience gained to people he gave a second turn to, but Haspen didn't like that =V. I may just go for an evasive buff and leave it at that.

Well, an idea might be that he gains a point of MOV the next turn after giving someone a second turn. Another idea could be to encourage you to use something other than the 'give other people extra turns' by having it, say, give you a bonus to evasion or maybe heal you, something akin to Edwin's personal skill for instance.

Perhaps one that gives bonus hit and/or evasion to friendlies you've granted an addition turn? I'm just throwing stuff at the wall here.
