Kyle's tentacles emerge and grab Ashley suddenly. Even Kyle looks surprised.

Ashley makes no note of the tentacles. Or, at least, she doesn't freak out or worry about them.
"Those are new."

Kyle is a bit busy yelling at the tentacles. A voice is heard over the mind link.

That shuts Kyle up as he looks shocked.
