She has no items hidden on her person, and her pockets are full of the things you would expect a normal person to have in them. In other words, nothing suspicious at all.

ICARUS finds absolutely nothing incriminating. At all. Lots of clothes and notes on the dig, but little in the way of personal effects and nothing that would indicate that Rose is some kind of spy.

While ICARUS is ransacking Rose's room, she would hear her crying over the bracelets, as would anyone else listening in. Or even just anybody in the area.
