It was difficult to find any concrete information on them, whoever they were it seemed they were very secretive. Looking back through the reports on Ada's situation and other various sources she would find a name though , Aequitas.

Aequitas is an organisation that prides itself in protecting mankind, it seems to be government sponsored and a lot of the focus seems to be on people with uncontrollable powers. It doesn't seem like they are just in Berlin either, most countries seem to have a branch of them.
