So unless Nuriel has lost all feelings she once had for Selina, she believes Selina is now dead in front of her with an incredibly mad Conny, Kyle, and all of KJ's other characters.

I think that "an incredibly mad Conny, Kyle, and all of kj's other characters" takes precedence.
Especially since Kyle identified her as Luna.
