With that he takes off the bracelet and sets it on his nightstand.

"I... I forgot Mallory had... had one of these too"

"Wanna go hiking? I like mountains. they are the ultimate proof that organic live is not really needed to create beauty. Well, except for chalk mountains I guess."

"Ok, that... that sounds good I'll... I'll just put my suit on" Alice went to get the protective suit and pulled it on over her clothes.

ICARUS takes Alice on the tour of the nearby mountains, showing her her favourite rocks. Alice would have to be a kind of nerd to not find this boring after the first 3 rocks.

Alice did indeed quickly get bored of the rock sightseeing, she did her best to feign interest though not wanting ICARUS to see that she felt that way.

"And this rock here has almost the same amount of lichen on it as the one before, but has been hear for a much shorter time. This spot must be much more favourable for lichen-growth. But not as good as spot 129, man, that was a lot of lich- anything the matter?"

Alice nodded along absent-mindedly as ICARUS explained and did her best to stifle a yawn, she snapped to attention though as the robot asked her the question.

"I... I quite liked the one in spot 129"
