The inside is a post card depicting the island from Ashley's letter. It's bragging about how awesome the base is and also says that Kyle got a good place in France. Apparently it'll be ready for everyone in about a week.

<I'm not entirely sure what the laws in Australia are, but you purchase a property that is as attractive to as many people as possible and lease it out to them via a real estate company, they pay you rent to live in it. However you have to maintain it and whatnot. The primary issue is, it has high entry and exit fees, furthermore the property market can fluctuate, resulting in income changes and possible loss.>
