He sees an enchanted khopesh, enchanted tunic, enchanted dagger, and some amulets as well as a bracer.

Hainuwele puts the amulet on her back and uses it's cord to tie it on her like a backpack. She must later remember to actually make it some proper straps, as well as tiny aviator glasses and a scarf so she isn't fucked over by the sandstorm herself too much
