I add that Hainuwele is well aware that showing open suspicion against the ripper paints herself a target. When she sleeps, and she has to sleep, sadly giving Jack a few unsupervised hours, she will sleep in the deepest part of her dungeon. Nobody is going to stab her while asleep, at least.
