Their are two (well, three counting the heavy steel door at the top of the stairs with the word 'armory' on it) The basement, which hold a variety of interesting looking tools and decorations that all seem to have a clock theme and Keith's room which has a variety of green items and his computer which no doubt has something interesting on it.

Nuriel presumably blazes past DR, due to her critical success, higher Dexterity, and the fact that she has been flying for longer than Dr has been...you know, not cooped up in Yuri.
