Keith is sitting by the counter waiting for his food. Judging the body langue and facial expressions of the two he guesses that their doing something date-like. Knowing that it would be rude to interrupt he just waves at Lucas in a semi-friendly manner.

They sidle up behind Keith, waiting to order.

Catherine and Nico also walk in. Lucas takes notice. He feels a bit annoyed. Like people are just watching him.
And then there's Keith's comment. That elicits a bit of a blush.

Keith notices the arrivals and the apparent annoyance of Lucas.
"Well my pizza should be done soon. Here have some of my extra coupons."
Keith hands Lucas two coupons for personal pizzas before his pizza arrives. He pay for the pizza and leaves heading all the way home to see that he did need the pizza after all.
